U WANT THE BEST RECIPE TO BUST THOSE FLAKES...FIRST OF ALL STOP USING THOSE DANDRUFF SHAMPOOS COS THEY HAVE THIS CHEMICAL CALLED ZPTO WHICH IS PROVEN TO CAUSE HAIR LOSS AND SEVERE HAIR BREAKAGE...
NOW YOU CAN TRY THIS OUT ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK
warm some olive oil depending on the length of you hair and mix it with the juice of one lemon...now massage this warm mixture onto ur scalp with ur finger tips....from root to tip ...leave this on for atleast an hour..if you leave it overnight it willbe all the mor e better for u. then wash it off iwth a really good shampoo that clarifies ur hair or simply serves the purpose of cleansing and moisturising....and conditon only if reqd.....
olive oil is used to treat dandruff adn lemon juice stops excess sebum that results in dandruff...when thismixtureis warmed...and massaged onto scalp...it increases blood circculation to the hair follicle thus stopping dandruff formation adn bringing the hair back to life..olive oil is a natural conditoner....

the other recipe is instead of olive oil u can use fresh yogurt ....mix it with lemon juice but dnt warm the mixture..and apply this paste onto ur hair and scalp and instantly you'll feel relaxed and sleepy sp u can take a nap too ...after an hour or so..wash it off...shapoo adn the usual routine
useful tips: dnt use hot water, lukewarm is best...
use a good quality shampoo
dnt scrub dry or blow dry ur hair..damges hair alot
revise ur diet ......and drink plenty of water
include bcomplex in ur diet
i jsut read one of the answers where a girl has advised to use fingernails...never do that..it causes damage and makes ur scalp more sensitve

When I had dandruff I used Denorex. It's expensive but it works because it has Coal Tar in it, no joke, and that's what you need to have. Coal Tar. When you shampoo also use what fingernails you have to scrape your scalp real well on the first wash!! It will feel great!! Winter is when my head itches so time to get ready!!It's caused by all the dry heat!! Good Luck!! @8=)

Ooooh, that sounds yucky! You must check out Head and shoulders. It makes your hair unbelievably silky and gentle. if that does not support, then you'll have a clinical hair predicament known as "traction alopecia ." Traction alopecia is hair loss that's induced by means of long run hair pulling and breakage as a result of very tight ponytail, hair weaves and cornrows. Depending at the level that the hair loss induced by means of Traction Alopecia has reached, it's feasible to develop a few hair again and give up any extra hair loss so long as no extra anxiety is carried out to the places.Very by and large traction alopecia isn't reversible seeing that the follicle is destroyed. You would possibly wish to peer a hair professional...well good fortune
