You see, the problem is that rabbis these days charge WAY too much money to place a kosher symbol on food products, which is why many companies don't do so. This causes much confusion, and results in many Jews buying non-kosher items thinking that they're kosher.

Practically all the food in the grocery store is kosher. Infact you have to go out of your way to find non-kosher food. Don't believe me look on your food labels you will find either a "K" or "U"

I don't know. I am not Jewish and I have found 'Ezekiel bread--The Bread of God's Commandments' at the health food store, Jewish rye bread, kosher wine, bagels, kosher salt, brisket, latkes, blinis, matzo ball mix, falafel, Dead Sea salt and other stuff.

Check the 'ethnic food' section. Interestingly, there are 'Asian' and 'Mexican' sections. All Asian foods are erroneously lumped in with Chinese, except for Indian, which is apparently Middle Eastern. All Jewish stuff is under 'ethnic'. All Tex-Mex and authentic American is under 'Mexican', though pampanos en papillote, blackened catfish, ambrosia and okra aren't Mexican.

there is, tons of it...it's just not all in your neighborhood, or even in your town.

The local population mix determines the demand for ethnicity-specific foods

Because there is a serious shortage of Jews. You guys don't recruit. Where are your missionaries? The last one I heard of was Saint Paul, who invented Christianity.
