Yeah, most of the time. Nothing serious really, just one of those days when everything feels weird.

I'm thinking you need to either get on medication or have yours adjusted. For now, take a breath and relax. Stress/anxiety/depression can make you feel strange--especially if you have a cold and possibly haven't been sleeping well. BTW--taking medication for those illnesses isn't any different than taking medications for diabetes or anything else. It doesn't make you bad in any way. Drink some warm milk and hit the hay. Make an appt in the morning.

It is anxiety. I think when this happens you could try to focus only on your breathing. Breath from your gut and not your chest. breathe in through your nose...almost like you are snoring...breathe in through your nose and have the breath coming into the back of your mouth...like snoring...then, when you breathe out, do it through your mouth and exhale for longer than you inhaled. when you exhale, make your mouth really relaxed to where your lips may even be flapping. do not think of anything except your breath. nothing else...only focus on your breathing...do this for a minute or two and see how you feel...worth a shot, right? remember....think of nothing else...just your breath.

Either you're sick, it's anxiety ... or you may have contracted hypocondria. Sorry, I couldn't help my self on that last part.

I know other people who claim similar feeling when they're getting sick, maybe you're just in tune with your body.
