im stupid. i did speed at a party and i have a drug test to get a job at a hospital. i did it on 12/22. help?

i feel like a total loser and i regret even trying it. i have a drug test in a week on the 15th. what do i do. im beating myself up over this. im so dumb. i didnt even like it, but i wanted to try it, i was curious. curiousity killed the cat. damn.

as some people are telling you its "out of your system" wrong, it is out of your system in the way that your body is no longer experiencing affects from it but blood tests can pick up certain drugs you experimented with 12 months ago. It may not be detectable in your urine or your saliva but a lot of drugs are still very detectable by blood testing but some aren't detected after a short period of time. Depends on the drug I'd be interested in hearing how the results turn out Good luck

It all depends on what it was you took. But it should be out of your system by then. If you are wondering about it go to the drug store and get a home drug test be sure it covers the type of drug used and check it. (yes they do have them at walgreens I know). If you fail it then reschedule it come up with the excuse you are sick or something. Good Luck

it sounds like you regret your decision already. unfortunately a lot of times in life we make decisions we regret. that does not get us out of dealing with the consequences of our decisions. be an adult, take the test and deal with the consequences. if you do not get the job, it is not the end of the world. either way you have learned you need to think twice before doing something like trying drugs. remember, split second decisions can have an impact that lasts a lifetime.
