It's Latin.
'Ego redono' is "I give up" (or I give it back)
'Vos can tantum spero adeo' looks to me a bit mispelled but the meaning should be "So long I only hope you do the same "

From the use of pronouns and the English word "can" in there, it looks like something that was put through an English to Latin online translator and came out mangled, as those translators generally do. As somewhat of a guess, a version might be:
I forgive. I truly hope you can do as much.

It's Latin.
I don't speak or read the language, but a simple google search turns up a some dictionaries/translators.
"I give up. (something about) a distant/lone hope" seems to be what I come up with.
It sounds like Star Wars translated into Latin then translated back. "Help me Obi Wan, You're my only hope"
