and for any Chrisians reading, I ask you to open up your little box that confines Christ. But what if He were to stop by tomorrow and maybe even stay for awhile and teach us more lessons on how his Church became a legal system instead of what He intended, I suspect that the Christians of today, especially those who are under jurisdiction, would be the unbelivers and put him on trial, and the Jews would be the belivers. What do you think? And don't get your mighty feathers ruffled guys. Just want you to open your mind.

probably.
People focus on the words, not the ideas.
It just became arguing over issues, restrictions, punishment, hypocracy, and hate.

Nemo dat quod non habet. I once read that on the wall of a john, but it rang true and is true in regard to your pretension to open the minds of others. The phrase translates as: no one can give what they don't have. I think you over-generalize. Christ said that the way was narrow and few would find it. When He comes again, He shall not linger. He will come to judge the living and the dead. As for the Jews, they shall look upon Him as their prophet Zechariah wrote, whom they have pierced. Before anyone thinks that I am putting the old liable upon Jews, we have all pierced Him. When Christ comes, His Bride shall be with Himand meet Him, the Church unspotted without wrinkle. I think I got my mighty feathers ruffled. :-) I see your point too. God bless.

As a Jew I reject the notion of a first coming, much less a second coming. But playing along with this premise, I would expect Xstians to call for his execution as soon as they learned how his actual message deviated from what they had been following for the past 200 years.
That being said, I'm sure his legal defense team would be comprised of many Jewish attorneys doing pro bono work on his behalf.

Well HIs second coming is described as much different, but I'll humour you.
I think most of the church would not impress Jesus. He would condemn it like He did the Pharisees 2000 years ago.
I pray that I would be seen by Him as Nathaniel was in John 1.
Jews would still be no different...have seen and heard yet not believed. He would still love sinners and repentance. Atheists who know about Him and reject may be in some hot water too.....

jews wouldn't believe in a "second coming" of jesus anymore than we believed in a "first coming." i think christians have some idea that jews don't believe in jesus because we didn't like him as a person or something. no. jews don't believe in jesus because we view the idea of G-d incarnating into human form to save all mankind from their sins as nothing more than pagan, superstitious nonsense. this opinion has not changed in the 2000 years since christianity began and it wouldn't change even if some person claiming to be jesus did make himself known today. we would just roll our eyes and go on with our lives.

if JC returns would any of us recognize or know that its HIM? i doubt. even the church would reject him for he would bring in a new world order and it will be a different one from the church. hence truly we have to conduct and investigate the truth to see how christ will return or has he return? or will he ever return? if someone were to walk up to you and say i am JC return, would u believe him? it will take alot of guts and deep thought to investigate. hence that is what we shld do and not listen blindly to any clergy/priest/church/mosque etc. its tough man!

I agree with David, most of the organized churches today are no better than modern time Pharisees. People would still reject Him as they did then.
