Consult a doctor before starting any kind of diet pill regime. Most diet pills are harmful and contain high levels of arsenic or other toxic or harmful substances. This is generally because they're not regulated by the FDA. The best weight loss is by working it off, and consulting a nutrionist or your doctor.
One pound of fat is 3500 cals. To lose one pound a week you need to burn 3500 more than you take in.

No! It's a great way to make things worse. If you want to loose weight you need to do it the right way. Change your eating habits and physically move more. I have never worked out a day in my life and I eat great. The proper food will make ya loose weight the fastest. I park farther way so I get a nice walk in, I clean my house for an hour every day, I volenteer cleaning time for my local church or library, and I have two puppies who need some love'n. We play fetch, and we also go swimming! In the summer time I garden and in the winter time I have 6 plants that I maintain. I rearrange my house for my muscles. These are just a few ideas. Do a search on "The best life Diet" by Bob Greene. Everything he says in his book is things I have done. It worked wonderful and it's all things I easidly accomplished. Good luck!

I took diet pills for a while...I had a gift certificate for Amazon.com so I thought they might be a good idea. I only took them for a few weeks, but then I stopped because the effects were too negative and I wasn't seeing any positive ones yet. I'm impatient, what can I say. Overall, I think they work perhaps a little, but nothing drastic. I bought Xenadrine, which is like Hydroxycut but a little better for you. Still, it gave me almost all side effects; dizziness, lightheadedness, headaches, nausia, and it always felt like I was high on caffiene. The purpose is to give you energy in order to work out and burn more calories than usual. Otherwise, they do nothing. So unless you plan on working out a lot, diet pills won't do anything. Ideally, one day there will be a pill that sheds pounds while we veg on our asses, but these pills are not that. Hopefully this helps! Oh, and the real answer to fat loss is simple diet and exercise, eat well-balanced, don't starve yourself, but don't binge; eat 5 small meals a day and burn at least 200 cals a day and you will lose weight. It will take time, but you will see results!

i do remember seeing a show on television about africa and this small wild plant. the plants name i dont remember but this plant was used by the natives often to stop hunger pains . the plant
was said to be 100% safe. the problem was that this plant grows very slowly . the plant grew in the african dessert and i remember seeing that it was green and the man was eatting some and that was about 2 inches around.
this was not a comerical for diets or something it was a documentary . i remember thinking if only i knew who to contact to invest in that as the show said this was a new discovery for the western world and that at least one company was attempting to make use of this plant as a diet food or whatever.
i sure wish i could remember what that plant was called .

You should talk to your doctor before trying any diet pills. Not everyone can use diet pills nor should they be used for extended periods of time. Be wary of anything labeled cheap. They can eventually cause you harm if you are not careful. Instead, learn to eat a balanced meal and exercise. I am in the process of losing weight. I am 5'0' and 41 yrs old. I peaked at 165lbs. Since starting Weight Watchers, I have so far lost 15 lbs. Lose weight slowly, this way your skin will also shrink with you. Losing weight too fast causes a lot of excess skin that can only disappear with surgery (ouch). Learn to eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids and exercise. You want to increase your metabolism. To lose weight, you need to change your eating habits for good or you will only regain what you have lost.

the problem is none of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.
Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.
That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.
Hoodia by itself, not combined with other compounds, appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support when used alone. It also may help in metabolizing fats.
Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.
These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.
