Homemade Trout ... yes I said Trout ... Ice Cream dusted with Wasabi Rice Flour deep fried and served with a selection of Hot Sauces including Vietnamese and Louisiana and Malt Vinegar!
Note: Salmon and Catfish didn't work so well ... it really needs to be Trout! It's a texture thing!
Yes I am serious! I saw Sakai do the trout ice cream on Iron Chef and it became a running joke on the show so I gave it try and then added a few spins of my own (the whole chinese/mexican frying thing) ... it's bizare but it goes great with Sake!
Especially loived by people that hate sweet deserts.

I like to eat Spicy Turnip flavored Ice cream, with sprinkles of tasty confetti and on a bed of vegimite.
Also to accompany this nice flavor, i like a nice refreshing glass of Pork Water to wash it all down.

The most disgusting ice cream concoction I ever had was a beer float: beer with scoops of chocolate ice cream in it. Gross! I did it on a dare, but I won't do it again; it tasted like rubbish.

vanilla icecream with sweet wine tastes heaven
also try this liqeur named amarula partley like bailleys but much richer in taste mixed with Jagermeister also a liqeur just pour em over and the rest is history
