My advice would be to invest in a color wheel...I know, I know; sounds like an art project gone wrong, right?? Well, a color wheel will actually be able to help a TON!! Your friend cna pick one color she likes and go from there...picking 2, 3, 4 or even 5 colors that go really well together. This can be done with minimal effort and can be a lot of fun.

For a change why not try some Fluorescent colors like yellow, dark pink, magenta.. the colors ought to be so bright that everybody should be provided with sunglasses to avoid hurting their eyes with such blaring colors.

your favorite colors are always good choices.
I'd go for the pale pink rose, ivory, pastel yellow and green.

there is some beautiful yellows in this season, and they just make you feel fresh and warm. (and you shouldnt have too much trouble matching it to your bridesmaids skin tones as there is so much choice now) i love yellow, white and silver as a combination.
