No you can't. If your MD license was revoked, your right to operate was revoked as well and you may not legally drive anywhere in the US until MD restores your right to operate.

It seems you shouldn't even be driving! Have you been sent to the Driver Improvement classes yet?

When you were granted driving privileges in the state of Maryland, they should've told you to surrender your foreign driver's license.
