What does that mean exactly? They are going to move to another country? They plan on travelling while they are schooling? They are going to travel once they're done schooling?

I know a few homeschooling families who travel, or have travelled, quite extensively. Homeschooling is great because it doesn't tie them to the school schedule or perhaps cause them to miss school. They get to learn all kinds of things first-hand instead of from a book.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. You mean homeschool your kids if you live abroad? Sure. I have friends who did that.
