In Islam they believe good deeds is their Salvation. Christians understand that this is not true and the only Salvation is Christ Jesus.

There is a perverted type of heaven in Islam. There is no salvation as Christians understand salvation. Muslems accept Jesus Christ as one of the greatest profets, but not God the Saviour.

Not in Islam. There is no other Name under heaven whereby humans may be saved than the Name of Jesus. But an honest Muslim can be saved but it would be through Jesus Christ and by His grace. Amen
