Wax, wax, wax. . .if you shave it will grow back longer and hairier each time and you will get the irritating prickles on your shoulders.

How bad are they? If they're dark ,fine hairs, then you can just bleach them. Waxing is a good choice, too.

If it's relatively fine, and you're fair-skinned, you could try bleaching it.
If not, you might want to try shaving or waxing it.
