I have to translate a Canadian law for my translation class, so I would need to understand what each of these abbreviations stands for.... pls help!

"Canadian" law? Oh geez, you guys aren't still doing that whole "We're-an-independent-nation" thing are you?

Man, we need to get back to that whole manifest destiny thing. The Canadians are writing their own laws now.

Yes and likewise C cup bra dimension might simply be relating to K cup or S cup which would not make experience considering the fact that D cup, E ( DD cup), F( DDD cup ), G cup, H cup and I cup is greater than C cup. Also a C in file playing cards might be known as K or S which does not make experience considering the fact that a D and F is worse than a C.

Is this out of the criminal code?

I'd need to know what context it was in (case law description?).

RS is "Revised Statutes" "c" is chapter, "supp." is supplement "s" is section. I'm not certain about "E" but it might be "English" (as opposed to the French version)
