no i cant ,that page its kind of strange and look like you can get
spy ware and those stuff,so you better be careful......
but it looks like an art deco painting ,or a painting from some hotel lobby,the frame its kind of a commercial one and not from
a real painter,or there are plenty copies like this one

You will have to search in Images section in Google./Yahoo Search and look for some Artist which have this type of work!

I don't know the exact name, but the artist sells her stuff on Ebay alot... Go there and check under ART then under SELF REPRESENTING ARTISTS. And keep going through the pages. She's usually in teh beginning ones, where the featured artists are. I've seen her work alot there.....
