Define what is a good man??

What Skills should every man have?? What makes a "Good Man?"

Please don't tell me the bull about being nice and kind and fun and funny I'm talking about skills here.

The question is too broad. Skills to do what? Build a house? Rewire a lamp? Fix a lawnmower? What are we talking about here?

What makes a good man? A guy who is willing to communicate. So communication skills. How about that? A guy who is willing to listen, so good listening skills, who is able to respond and give feedback in a kind and constructive way.

I like the ones who have good oral sex skills. And if they can make a good Denver omelette, I'm impressed.

What I believe to be a good man comes from the old school where a man is only as good as his word when you tell someone something stick to it second would be to be a stand up kind of man where you do what it takes within reason to accomplish something without hurting anyone including yourself a man with good values and moral fiber if you are asking because of a women get a job if you don't have one keep yourself neat and clean no matter what your situation maybe be honest I know it may sound corny these days if you already have a women and you know she is a good women and you need more money take on an extra job keep a good home and a safe one help others who aren't as fortunate just all the things that don't fit in anymore can apply to this question

A good man sticks with his wife through thick and thin, and she will get thicker!! (Sorry) A good man stands by during health problems, he takes time for his family even on a workday if it's urgent. A good man keeps his promises and builds up trust every single year. A good man knows how to apologize without becoming browbeaten. A good man is romantic even if it kills him!! How much trouble are a few bouquets spread out over the years? A good man always keeps in mind how he acted and what he promised while he was dating her. A good man realizes that he can wash his clothes and cook sometime too because he didn't marry her to be his mother. A good man tries to do his part to make the home warm and loving. A good man shares equal responsibility in raising the kids. A good man loves the Lord or a good set of Ethics. A good man doesn't chase women, he loves the one he's got and thanks God for her, and as he watches his hair line recede, he notices his own belly too. And he hugs her every time he thinks of it and laughs all the way home, as in forever after.

A good man should have the skill to understand what his woman needs without her asking. Not just in bed, either...like helping her with housework, the kids, cooking or just being a friend when she needs one. A good man works hard, plays harder and knows where to draw the line. A good man can be boyishly cute and funny but sexy and mature at the same time. A good man will listen and practice his skills until he's perfected them all.

There is no skill to it. You either are a good man or you aren't. A good man is kind, considerate, HONEST, attentive, a good sense of humor is good.... the main thing is to be yourself. If you aren't these things....they are not something you can pretend or learn. Also a good man holds a job and isn't a mooch. I have seen some of those too.
