The only time i ever said no was last night when a guy tried to kiss me and i moved away, other than that I cant say no, even if i dont want to do something (sexually)..I just recently lost my virginity becuase i didnt want to stop the guy, because he was enjoying himself. Even though i didnt really want to do it. Is anyone else like this?

I have a friend who is alot like what you're describing.
Her problem and most likely your as well is she's trying to hard to be nice.
No one should ever force you into something. And if they are risk they're disatisfaction for your own. Take care of yourself first and make sure that whatever you do is what you want to do not what someone else would like you to do.
Suprisingly enough, but trying to hard to be nice and not say no your could hurt them even more than you would hurt them by being honest.

Once you acquire an incurable STD then you will wish you SAID "NO".
Then, you will be on here begging for our sympathy. Whats that?
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I think the reason you can't say no to guys is because you don't want to hurt their feelings. You probably also think that if you say no that they will not like you. But I think that guys respect girls that will say no. I have a hard time saying no to guys also, because I don't want to hurt their feelings.

Just say it. Once you do it, it'll be easier. I did it once (let a guy kissed me and felt me up) and I regret it. So, I learnt to say no, and I've been doing fine since then.
