Situation 1:
A male workmate, slightly closer than aquantence or other that you know DOES NOT have Asperger's Syndrome aproaches you to go out for 'Coffee' or some other form of drinks (a date). He use an uninterested, blank or inappropriate for the situation tone of voice and/or facial expresion.
Situation 2:

What would be your response, please include facial expresions and what you would say?

Well in my opinion everyone has their own unique personalities and behaviors. Just because yours has a diagnosis does not make you an alien or something. In situation 1= I would tell him I would love to hang out. But I'd make sure he understood me. In situation 2=I would accept. I'm a very simple and non-prejudice individual.

Honestly, I wouldn't date either guy. I have a friend who has Aspergers and I just know that for me, I need a guy who can show emotion and demonstrate his feelings.

I can do better than either one. Don't date people from your workplace. It will poison the environment and make working very difficult. Most offices have rules against it.
