look just eat as healthy as you can and do a bit of exercise each day and your weight will take care of its self.your 14 and still growing you don't need any crash diets and you don't need a tone of junk food either-HEALTHY BALANCE.

Find a fun way that you can work out, like a workout video you could do with your friends, or roller/ice skating on a regular basis! It makes it easy to be active and have fun doing it! Don't worry about "dieting." Instead, try to eat healthier! You are at a crucial growing age, so you need lots of energy. Don't deny your body of that. Try to concentrate on how healthy you feel, instead of your weight. :-) Good luck with everything!

well im 15 and im 5.6 and 140 pounds. I resently started dieting. Im close to your age so I know weight can be a problem. what i do is cut back on what i eat and all i drink now is water..sodas ok on some occasions but I wouldnt say your overweight because thats what i weighed when i was your age. just dont eat as much and if you do decide to eat only eat when your hungry. you may not like walking..but maybe just walk down the street one day or decide to ride your bike. that can work your legs. or one day you and your friend go to a big mall and walk and shop. thats some of my favorite things to do because I love to shop. hope I helped and dont worry about your weight!
