How do I extract a folder?

Question

okay I am done dling this one thing and the steps said that to dl all the parts and save it on a folder then extract it?

but how to extract it,? I have never extract something before and I am a noob so plz add as much detail as you can =)

Once I right click the folder, I dont see "extract all"

use winzip or winrar

Windows XP doesn't require an unzipping program to unzip files with .zip extension. But if you're extracting files of other extensions, try Power Archiver. I personally find that this program is the best file extractor around with frequent updates on new formats and many other features.

Folder does'nt need to extract, probably the "ONE" u've downloaded is zipped. First Check its extension then use the unzip program to extract. Could be WinRAR!

For extension use Tools>>Options>>View Tab>>uncheck the box with value "Hide the extension for known file types" >> ok>> ok
if it is .rar, .zip then use winrar software or search for extension on google to know the supporting applicatins.

Make sure you have WinZip installed. You can download a trial version for free.
