every 3 days or so?

Here's where I got my info:

Many people believe that the definition of a normal bowel movement is having 1 movement each day, but that is not true for everyone. There is no rule for frequency of bowel movements, but the general range is from 3 times a day to 3 times a week. Less than 3 movements a week may indicate constipation, and more than 3 watery stools a day could indicate diarrhea.

If you have a problem...talk to your doctor...use metamucil

Everyone is different. Some people go everyday some people only go every couple of days. You'll know when you have gone too long without a poo. You will be very uncomfortable.

Well most people have about 25 feet of intestines. Take all the food you eat every day and compress it into about a 1 and1 half inch tube. How long do you think it would take to fill up a 25 foot tube?? If you get impacted you will know it. It won't feel good. Eat fiber. They make it really easy to take fiber now, if you are not getting enough in your diet. Metamucil makes capsules, that are easy to get down.

It would depend on how much you eat. However if you can't go then your intestines get full and you will start to loose your appetite. After about one week you will be very sick and may need to go to the hospital because of the bowels being impacted. At the hospital you will be given enemas, and also they will have to put on the gloves and retrieve. I know that sounds gross but it is very serious because a person can die it it isn't gotten out of there.

it varies from person to person. some people go two or three times a day. others go daily and some every other day. if it has been more than three days this is not normal and you need to take a laxative or enema

I don't know but it can be very deadly. You can develop something called divetericulous (spelled wrong) which is excruciating pain. So, if you don't go after a few days, see your Dr. and try eating more fiber and prunes and as a last resort, try an enema.

Just eat some top quality food and your body will automatically poop as well as excercise and stay away from bad foods.

Also watch this documentary to learn something really important.
