They are both of legal age so legally there's no problem or moral issues here that I can see ,,,, Allot of people will frown on the age difference but allot of people need to mind their own business too ,,,,Some people may even be jealous ,,,, Actually the girl is probably much better off with him than she would be with some one her own age that hasn't got the maturity or responsibility to know what the word commitment means especially if things or times got a little rough ,,,, With a kid it's usually I do until they don't want to any more and then they start looking for greener pastures ,,,, Usually when that happens though it's one or two or more children too late ,,,, The teacher is more than likely going to be over this sort of thing and accept his responsibilities more readily ,,,,, People need to leave them alone ,,,, they aren't hurting any one and they aren't taking food off of anyones table or money out of their pockets or damaging anyones property ,,,,, So where's the problem ,,,, ? Is this teacher good looking? I had sexual relationships with my Math teacher almost the 4 years when I was in High School. My math teacher was a freak and she loved sex. We did it all... Just keep it on the down low and I mean real low... If anybody found out, you're teacher can face serious charges, especially if you're a minor. Good Luck!!!

He can probably get fired for having sex with a student but
as long as you are 18 then he is probably safe from jail...
He may be safe with you at 16 or 17 in some states...
It is not completely "Wrong" but it is dangerous and he is foolish.
