In june I quit my job. A little while after I quit I moved, but I forgot to tell my old employer that I have moved. Will I still get my W2's at my new address if I did a change of address with the post office? or odes it matter?

I would contact the employer directly AND notify the post office of your move (you may be missing out on other important mail)...If you didn't leave on bad terms and have access to, they may even be able/willing to fax you the W-2s...
If you wait until the last day to file, you can even contact the IRS itself with a request for W-2s in mid-February (I think)...The transcript you get from the IRS will strictly reflect the Federal info...No State tax info will be available...
If all else fails, contact your local Jackson Hewitt Tax Service...

Of course not. Unless you put in a change of address at the Post Office--then they will forward anything from your old address for 1 year. SO GO DO IT!

The post office will probably forward it, but you can still call your old employer and give them your new address. They probably have not mailed out your W-2's yet.

No. I would let your former employer know. The Post Offics sometimes has a time limit on forwarding mail.

Your W2 will go to the last address they have on file for you. If you did not forward your mail it will be returned to them. You can go t www.usps.com and have your mail forwarded if you have not already

If you worked for a psychic, you have nothing to worry about, If not, the IRS holds you and only you responsible for your taxes. It may be in your best interest to contact the payroll department of your ex-boss and share your new PO box number.
