Would a ported or sealed box be better then Bazooka tubes? Brands would be helpful. Right now I have a 12" Boston Aqustics in a sealed box not to happy with it. But i saw a 10" 200 watt powered tube for 212.00. Any answers

Go with 2 ten inchers. anything bigger the sub won't recoil in time for that kind of music. Box tube doesnt matter.
GO WITH 2 SONY EXPLODES

well it depends, rock usually doesnt have a whole lot of bass so one 10" of 12" should give you enough, A ported box will give you louder bass while a sealed box will deliver tighter more accurate bass. Also make sure that the amp's RMS matches the RMS of your sub to get the full potential out of it

Probably a Kicker Subwoofer would do the job. I would get a 8 or 10inch in a sealed box.
