Generally this would be called pathophobia, I think. I kind of depends on what disease you are afraid of getting from a specific person. If it is veneral disease then its called venereophobia, if it is heart disease then its called cardiophobia... get the point. Each one is different. But general fear of diseases is called pathophobia. Hope this helps!

Either it is a sympathetic illness as in a husband having pregnancy symptoms when his wife is pregnant, or that the person is a hypochondriac because they are overly concerned they have an illness someone else caught.
