Sorry about not anwering the question directly, but if the very first ingredient is anything other than 100% whole wheat flour, put it down. No enriched wheat flour or enriched flour breads are great for you. Many dieticians liken eating this type of bread as eating straight sugar, as it is already "broken down" through processing and gets starch/sugar to the body too quickly to be properly processed by the body. Too much of this type of thing causes everything from sugar spikes to (long term) diabetes.
