if somebody needs to immigrate to settle in canada with family,what should he do first and how he can get the right thing,,gone all thru canada immigrtation site and other relevent sites...is that enough? do u need to go with an agent for this and cant he apply online?....
and also i like to know about canada life style i mean cost of living,educaion,child care,safty etc..can anyone pls help me ???pls....

Apply at Canada immigration and you have to do this from outside of Canada. You do not need to hire an agent of any kind, if someone asks you for money they are trying to rip you off.
As for lifestyle, cost of living, etc it depends on where in Canada you want to live.

Well, I imagine it's easier if you have family there, so I would go to Canada site and look into it. I know that they don't just open the door for anyone, though. You have to have a skill and it often helps if you are bi-lingual. At least be prepared for these questions and good luck.
