I need maybe I could say a novel which I may be able to download it and read it free because I don't stay near a library where I live.

Couldn't find a site offering unlimited books for free, but there are a lot of on-line book clubs that offer some free books as a "hook" to subscribe to their service. Works the same way mail order book and music clubs work.
You can try:
http://www.readinga-z.com/newfiles/preview.html [30 free books]
http://www.audiobookworld.net/ [3 free books]
http://www.theaudiobookstore.com/servlet/StoreFront [3 free + big discounts]

I'm not sure where you live, but your local public library may have a subscription to downloadable books that you can read on your PC. Contact them for information.

On the "Search" column, type "downloadable books". You will get the sites on this category. Choose from them. OK? Bye.
