I just love politics, philosophy, and personal Freedom.
1) There is no north africa. You may mean Libya, Egypt, or just the "region of northern Africa."
2) Did any of the other free & sovereign nations of Africa 'ASK to be educated' on science & steel.? If I knew something and YOU, my neighbor, did not, I am under no obligation to teach you.
3) The Union of South Africa used to share info & offer assistance to its fellow countries, as well as "sanctuary" when blacks were slaughtering blacks in their own countries. Yes, the so-called evil white people offered to protect regular Africans from warlords, dictators, & other scum. Hmmm, didn't see that in the Liberal Press did you!? (I saw it from bush planes, & spoke with immigrants).
