It happened over the weekend. I have a habit of using ear plugs for music. I feel like my ear is filled with water.

Did you stick a cotton swab into your ear to clean it? Never, never do that. You risk impacting the wax in the ear, and you risk perforating your eardrum. Earwax is one of the body's ways of protecting the delicate structures of the middle and inner ear.
If there is any foul smelling, yellow, or bloody discharge from the ear it could signal an infection and possible eardrum perforation and requires medical attention. How long has the hearing been decreased? Did this just happen? Is there any pain and if so how severe is it? These are things to tell the doctor. Be sure to see an Ear Nose and Throat specialist if you can, unless you are on an HMO plan, then go see your primary care doctor to make sure the visit is covered by your health insurance.
Good luck!

Find a towel and a stick. Shove the towel in one ear with the stick and pull it out the other ear. Move the towel back and forth between your ears untill all moisture is gone. Don't wory about your brain, cause if you don't go to the doctor when you see blood coming out of your ears then you don't have a brain.

GO TO A DOCTOR!

You need to see a doc ASAP. You should not need to clean your ears out. The wax is in there to help keep the dirt and debris out of your ear and as new wax is made the old is pushed out. Sounds like you have an ear infection and possibly even a punctured ear drum. Seee the doc ASAP.

You definitely need to go to an Ear, Nose, Throat doctor. It looks like you have an infection. If you don't go and try to treat it yourself, the infection can solidify and cause worse problems later, including permanent loss of hearing or cancer in the ear canal. Short term it can cause severe headaches and earaches, or the infection can spread to the nasal cavity, etc.

Humm that is a tough one. I would respond with go to the ER or your Dr. no later than tomorrow. You have some type of infection and yes you could lose your hearing and even worse.

that white fluid is sebacious fluid and it often mixes with blood when there is an infection...if your ear is draining or swollen and painful, u may have popped your eardrum...go to a doctor before your hearing is completely diminished.

firts ewhh.. ok sorry..you obviously need a dr. it's either an infection which is indicative of the draining fluid, or your eardrum could be busted or inflamed. it could get really painful if you don't get it looked at. go to the er if you don't have a dr/insurance etc..they'll look at it

You may have scratched the ear canal. While you did not say that you did, you should never put Q-tips inside your ear canal.
