Hi,

If you have a recent laptop, you should use the "systeme restore" that goes with it.

What does it do? It restore your computer and it files to an earlier date. So, if you restore your computer to a time before you downloaded the software you want to delete, your computer will then reboot itself with all the setting and softwares that were installed at that point (like "back to the future")

You normally will find the system restore under :
Start> All programs> Accessories>System tools>Systeme restore.

It should help.

Try deleting the entry in the registry:
go to Start->Run-> type in "regedit"
Click on HKEY current user
Then click of Software
Under software look for the one you want to delete.
Once you locate it, right click on it and hit delete.
Restart your system.

It will be gone except maybe for a few icons here and there in your menu which you can manually clear.

Good luck!

Or you could stop it loading on startup using Winpatrol, reboot in Safe mode and use Ccleaner to uninstall it; it will remove all the icons and leftovers as well.
