Shouldn't these Christians focus discussing religion with agnostics, who are open to the idea of god, instead of atheists, who don't believe in god?

I'm asking since I was brought up a Christian, but am agnostic...and I wish I could see more intelligent discussions about faith...instead of the witnessing a war between the Christians and the atheists...

They gotta save the non-believers! If you save 1000 souls from the fiery depths of Hell, Jesus arrives and gives you a merit badge and an advance sale on Angel-Scout cookies.
(Seriously, it's called "witnessing" -- no merit badge -- and my freshman year girlfriend did it to me ALL the time. Drove me nuts)

I'm open to the idea of a God, but it would be a God who is way larger than the one that church people are capable of contemplating.
Their God is rather small, and they don't seem to know it!
Science, taken as a whole, tends to cast serious doubt on the existence of a God, but the one they believe in is absurd even without science.
Church people talking about God, even with agnostics, won't accomplish much; church people's concept of God is idiotic and idiotic.

Well, I'm agnostic but not about to convert, so let them keep going with the atheists...leave me out of it.

Cuz they are the ones with the void. Others that have filled it with false religion are pretty hopeless.

IF AN ATHEISTS WANTS AND IS OPEN TO TALK ABOUT GOD YOU SHOULD, BUT DON'T FORCE IT THAT WILL NOT HELP AT ALL.
