Does anyone know any good exercises for the Upper Body that I can do at the gym with weights? i.e. Besides Push Ups and Chest Press

Depends on which mucles you want to train.
The other main ones you can do are:

Biceps curls
Seated Rows
Triceps push down
Shoulder press
Lat pull downs
pec press (slightly different to chest press)

Ask a trainer ther to show you what to do

It depends on which muscle groups you want to train. The two most comprehensive exercises are seated rows (back, bicepts) and bench press (chest, tricepts).

If you want to exercise your shoulders military press (deltoid, tricept) or overhead press (upper pectoral, deltoid, tricept) is most effective.

They have the bicep curl, bicep extension, tricep extention, pull up. Tricep pull up. Chest fly. Tricep raise.
Pull ups are hard, but add strength quickly.
