Depends on your body fat percentage.....if your muscular then ya it's fine. But if your 26%+ bodyfat, then that's not good.

In my opinion you'd be an average size for your height, not to thin, not to heavy. More importantly is your blood pressure good, sugar levels, cholesterol, etc.? You could be 100 pounds or 500 pounds and just as healthy/unhealthy as the other. As long as your heart is strong and healthy and your over all physical health is good, that's all that matters. Forget the numbers on the scale.

no not according to your BMI
if your a guy or a girl

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

My son is as tall as you, weights in at 210. Is solid as a rock. If you are muscular, you are OK, if not you good do to lose 10-15 pounds

Nope sorry; your weight/height proportion is suppose to be 6'2=172-197 that is of course if you are large frame------->Check out link below for chart of weight/height proportion...Hope this helps. :) Secondary link will actually show you if your BMI is right for your height/weight.

You are alright, try to maintain that weight, stay around 225 to 250 and you'll be alright.

It depends on all kinds of things. Your body structure, your body fat, and the list goes on and on. It dosn't sound that you are unhealthy fat.

my brother is 6'4 and weighs 200 and he is average....if you have lots of muscles maybe?
