why in actual engineering drawing the second angle and fourth angle projection is not used reply me with diagrams if possible

It took me a while to find some place that explained where the terms came from, which is done on the site below and the pages before and after although a lot of places state that the second and fourth are not useful.
Even this site does not show why not, but if you use the diagram given and put an object in the second or fourth angle and draw the views and then open it, you will find that one of the views is upside down to what we expect and since clarity is the goal, that is a problem. It is bad enough for me to figure out the first view (used in Europe) when I was trained in the USA and never told it was called third view (before internationalization and easy communication.) I want the side drawing to be on the same side as the view it is showing not behind. If behind, it should show hidden lines.
