It means to be non-committal about who God is, but to sort of acknowledge that there probably is one.
It also means to follow any religious ceremonial behavior that's in fashion in order to feel good about yourself.

Spiritual is opposite of material. Only Gd has the power to manipulate the Atom structures to make material to physical or the other way around. Example Christ goes through walls because of His ability to manipulate the ingredients of the Atoms. He is the creator.
