i agree with betty. all you really know at this point is that there's romantic attraction between the two of you. as far as asking "what are we?" - that sounds like you're looking for the status of your relationship after knowing someone for one evening, which is just unrealistic.
go with the flow and see what happens, but it sounds like it should be fun.

looks like its up to you, he wants to know if you are something or just friends so you have the answer. if you like him, date him! yall kissed so obviously he is attracted to you and he asked for you number. good hint there that he is into you. yay!! go you!!! =)
