Why not say exercise and eat healthy? I mean, that's what you have to do. If you came looking for an easy way out, you will be disappointed.

It really depends how overweight you are. Sometimes the best way would be to see your doctor because there are a lot of risks involded with children losing weight. You could easy deprive yourself of nessasary vitamens that help you grow. Please see your doc, and talk to your parents because you could be overweight for other reasons.
Start walking, then jogging when you feel heathier. Don't eat ANY junk food- AT ALL. No McDonalds or Burger King. And I'm serious about that. Ideally aim for less than 1,800 calories a day and drink lots of water. Don't sit on the computer all day and just go outside and play. Your young, so enjoy life and enjoy being young. Okay, trash the junk food, candy, ice cream, chips, McDonald's food of any kind, sodas, popcorn, and all the other stuff that kids like to eat. Cut down on potatoes of any kind, and starchy foods in general. Ask the nurse at school to tell you what starchy foods are. Meat, fish, fruits, in moderation, green leafy vegetables, and other type foods that are low in carbohydrates would be good for you. Remember one thing, you do need fiber in your diet. If there is not enough, you WILL become constipated, and that is neither fun, nor healthy. As for exercise, walk, run, swim, in general, move the body by it's own effort. You do need to use more energy (calories) than what you take in. It might be slow, but it will work. While you are at it, stay away from "FAD" diets. They don't really work, and can be bad for you. "Bad" like possibly kill you.

Do simple things nothing drastic. No fast food. Hamburgers can be made healthy if made at home. Cut down on candy sub fruit or melon. No fried chips. Drink a glass of water before each meal time. Put lemon if you need flavor. Cut down on TV or computer time. Turn on music and dance or go out and ride your bike.
Walk 1-2 miles a day

Well it depends on what you want to do. Slim down or tone up. Sliming down is east, reduced calorie diet, walking and possibly light weightlifting. toneing up is more difficult, it mostly requiers a strict diet and weight lifting.
But some good basic stuff is reduced calorie diet, sit ups or crunches, and push ups. You can also follow a structured diet and work out plan the Abs or Atkins diets I hear are effective.

Cut out the sodas, chips, cakes, and candies. Eat things like fruit and drink lots of water. Since water makes you feel full, you won't want to eat as much. So, try snacking on things like fruit, lowfat yogurt, and things of this nature instead of little debbies or candy bars. (Nope, eating a candybar and having a diet coke to wash it down won't work either.)

OK since you don't want to hear exercises and eat healthy,, go play sports. Get involved in some sport team or something.... that way you'll be active and you'll have fun.... plus you'll lose weight....

running/jogging daily is probably the best exercises to lose weight, although weight lifting daily will increase your metabolism and iv seen weight lifting help little fat kids out alot.

i hate to break it to you this way,but there is not a real miricle pill out there to fix your weight. you just have to really be determined and ready to do whatever it takes. but until then, your stuck with all those dangerourous easy ways.
