I think it depends on how long you've known her. If she is shy an just meeting you she may just be feeling uncomfortable around a new person (you). Maybe like the other person said she has something to tell you. It could also be that you had something on your face. j/k but the best way to find out is ask her.

Some girls would do that because they haven’t go out much, especially with the boys they like. This girl might be just that. She was being just like you, what you do right now. You should ask her why she did that, instead you ask us. I think she was bashful and afraid she might say something wrong. I think she like you.
