It is undoubtedly Hinduism of which Buddhism is an upshot. Those who do not know refer the Hindus as pagans, its biblical title. Christians and the Islam can never be called tolerant religions whose evidence has colored human history with human blood during 1095-1289 A.D. the years of Crusades and now in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan which might spread to Iran, Syria, Jordan, Libya, Pakistan etc. etc.

Hinduism is the only tolerant religion in the world because it is the only religion which has place for non-believers. Others call the non-believers as pagans and 'kafirs'. Non-Hindus call up on to kill those who do not conform to their views as a result the Jews, Christians and the Muslims are fighting against each other for all these years.

For the most part Christianity is the most tolerant. Especially Catholicism. The world catholic means Universal. It incorporates many aspects of many religions. even local diocese and parishes incorporate local religious festivals and holidays to attract parishioners. even if the holidays aren't exactly Christian. however you can go to any Christian church and find a Christmas tree. this came from Germany. a winter new year tradition. a fun family event. or you hear yule tide, this is Wicca. so many secular things like Easter(the Wicca fertility festival) have been integrated into modern Christianity. as the culture changes so does Christianity. most people are shocked to know Jesus was born about the 1st of October. but you say how can you know this? well the Romans kept very accurate records and Jesus was born in the roman province of Judah, under king Herod the local tetrarc(king) This occured during a great roman cencus, by caesar augustus.so we know withing a matter of a week or 2 when he was born. this is a historical fact. but after 2000 years in the hands of the church the bible began to be translated to suit religious teachings, and local practices. sometimes its best to go to the original texts to answer your own questions and never trust anyone just because they say so. if God is still alive(and he is) and well wont he activate your mind and abilities to know truth and read his writings?

There are many religions that teach the same degree of tolerance, it's just the followers that might not be tolerant.

Religions teach tolerance. It is the people that end up lacking tolerance and respect for one another.

Tolerance is only a poor step in the right direction. Respect is really more mature. I've found the Baha'i Faith to be the most respectful of other faiths.

We are supposed to be tolerant of each other's beliefs, but people are not what they are supposed to be. That is why I stopped attending the organized church and worship God at home.

Satan is very tolerant. He will allow anything in this world. In the afterlife, his followers will spend an eternity paying for that intolerant behavior. GOD expects each of us to read, study, and obey HIS WORD. Don't be caught on the wrong team when your time comes. Be a member of the WiNnInG TeAm, join JESUS CHRIST and HIS FOLLOWERS now. Have a great week!
