Hi, I used to have the same problem too, but found that this really soap really worked for me. It's called the Neutrogena Oily Skin bar and removed most of the oils from my body for most of the day leaving it dry. A couple weeks into it I was oil free for most of the day. Be sure to take a shower in the morning before school or work and again at night before you go to bed. If you have noticed, there is a lot of oil buildup on your body and especially your face and hair. Try it out and see if it works. I have included a link below where you can buy the soap. The soap is also available at your local drugstore, but it might be a bit pricier. Hope this information helps.

Find yourself a gentle body scrub and a back brush to apply the scrub. You can also make your own scrub at home using salt and honey or even olive oil and salt. The salt of course is the abrasive ingredient to exfoliate your skin. In between showers use an item with salicylic acid in it...like stridex pads.
Neutrogena soap also works well. However you need a soap with a clay in it to absorb the excess oil from your body.
Tanning and Retin-A will also help with the acne problems.
If you want soaps that are good for your body and are made by people that know what they are doing without adding a lot of harmful ingredients like many of the soaps found in mass market stores I do suggest that you check out the shops on www.ETSY.com

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Cleanse well with a gentle soap, and dry thouroughly. You can also use a loofa on a stick and gently scrub your back with this, to slough off dead skin cells. The key is to remove only dead cells, not to abrade the skin so it is always in a state of repair. Also, if you live in a dry or cold climate, moisturize after bath or shower. Don't pick at them. If this isn't enough help, add some benzoil peroxide to the regimen. Beyond this, see a dermatologist. You don't want scars from picking and squeezing these things. And laser removal of scars is expensive.
Also try mellaluca, tea tree oil. It helped mine.

Hi dear, how your acne of face is clearing up? And I think you have to find out the reason why you have serious acne recently?
1. emotional problem?
2. sleep late?
3. eat wrong food? e.g. fried or hot foods, drink too much coffee or tea?
If acne still there, you'd better to see the doctor to help you.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then thirty times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, rinse it with warm water, blot off the excess water with a clean towel, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
Here are some of the previous comments I cut and pasted from those who voted it as the best answer, (Copied and pasted as written. Capital letters seen are as originally answered)

Use a clarifying body wash for sensitive/oily skin so that you don't get irritations that would lead to the growth of more acne and that the oil level is minimized by alot

whilst i became a youngster I had terrible pimples on my face and have been given some scars from it. i became positioned on Accutane with the aid of my Dermatologist. It cleared up my face very nicely and immediately. There are factor outcomes, so communicate on your Dr. Now (10 years later), as quickly as I get any pimples (that's seldom), i take advantage of Proactive answer. it works very nicely too, and that i've got not observed any factor outcomes.
