i am on holiday in thailand and have a rsb highline maestro card,i have an account at the siam commercial bank here,they have told me that i cannot use this card to draw cash out of my (rsb) account but i can draw mony out at the bangkok bank with my rsb card.my question is will bangkok charge me and how much will rsb charge me.i want to draw out approximately 640 each month.

why not phone their contact centre or go into the bank itself. they will be the best to inform you of rates and charges etc.

Phone RBS and get them to do a transfer to your Siam account. That's if it's your card, that is.
