it sounds like your inner ear is a little out of wack. excess fluid or water in the ear can cause this. Try taking a decongestant and see if that helps. If you are still feeling this way in two days I would give the doctor a call you might need him to determine if it is in fact is your inner ear, or if its not you may need some blood work. It sounds to be like an inner ear thing because you said when you move it gets better, in a blood disorder like anemia, its an ongoing dizziness and fatigue.

not a doctor -- maybe check with WebMD http://www.webmd.com there should be a symptom checker on the right hand side of the page -- but dizziness is one of those hard to diagnose things --- It could be anything from anemia to high blood pressure ... I get dizzy myself but I always put off getting it checked ... guys are usually like that .. women seem smarter they go to the doctor to have these type of things checked .. maybe that's why they live longer ...

no i think maybe your should just try being a little more active because when your not for a period of time and are literally pretty much doing nothin, it makes your body feel weird and lightheaded, i kno wat you mean! lol (: but i shouldnt be on the computer/television so much.. dont worry i bet its nothin serious! what 10 YEARS?? ok maybe you should see a doctor sweetie before you end up in a coma

are you eating enough? There are many explanations for this but only a Dr. can diagnose you. Please go to the Dr. quickly before you pass out and hurt yourself.
