NO. God doesn't speak directly (in an audible voice). The sound current vibrates in all livng things and descends from the Godhead ... the audible lifestream .. this is the closest to the voice of God you will hear while on the physical plane.
Likewise, once you leave the physical plane, you will not hear audible "language" but direct perception (mental telepathy) is the mode of communication.

Yes, He speak in an audible voice and sometimes very loud to catch your attention but you never listen for you are so busy with things that are not eternal. If you will listen to Him then you can hear HIm talking with you.
How you can hear the sound of the wind when you can not see it, the roaring thunder, the lighting, the waves of the sea, the heavy rain these are the some cases which GOD are talking to us. Do you not feel wonder in awe and adoration with this expectable things that GOD showed HIS love towards us.

I'll let Him answer your question which He spoke through His servant:
Psalm 19:1-3
19:1 <> The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.
19:2 Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge.
19:3 [There is] no speech nor language [Where] their voice is not heard.
Jesus says: (John 5:39)
5:39 "You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.
Yes, to a person filled with the Holy Spirit, he will hear God's voice, but for those who are filled with the spirit of the World or the Devil, they would not be able to hear His voice, no matter how hard they try.
Jesus also says in John 7:17:
7:17 "If anyone wants to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or [whether] I speak on My own [authority].

God does what he wants. I've never heard his audible voice, but that doesn't mean he doesn't speak to people that way. He's the boss, I just take things as they come.

My wife has heard Him speak audibly to her, even though I was there with her at the time and I heard nothing. She even thought for a moment that it was I who spoke.
And I once heard something like words in a time of crisis, giving me instructions, but I could tell it was spiritual and that God was speaking into my mind and that I wasn't hearing it with my physical ears.

Meaning literally audible? As in "capable of being heard; loud enough to be heard; actually heard."? If so, I haven't heard it - and believe me it's not for lack of listening, so I seriously doubt that he speaks in an audible voice to any of us.

Rarely. If He does it is because the person was too dumb to catch the message in the previous non audible tries.

YES, I HAVE HEARD GOD CALLING PEOPLE BY THEIR NAME WHEN THEY WAKE UP. YES, HE CAN SPEAK IN A AUDIBLE VOICE. GOD CAN DO ANYTHING THAT HE WANTS TO DO.

I dont think so, if God is so fair, then wouldn't he speak to everyone, or just a special few He taps on the shoulder and whispers in their ear. bull. a lot of people want you to think so though, i mean who can disagree with "god told me....."

It sure wouldn't be recorded. :-)
There have been people that have heard God's voice. But, the Spirit breathes where it wishes, and we don't know where it comes from and where it goes.
