In the book "They Call me Infidel", the Egyptian born American tells that hatred of Jews is taught throughout Egypt and other middle east countries. It begins from birth. Most of the songs and riddles she learned at play talked of 'hate' and 'kill'. They are taught in school and on TV that Jews are vampires. Pictures of Jews are distorted to look like monsters. America and American presidents are, today, called satan or the satan. This has been going on for over 60 years. Of course they hate Jews.
Americans converted to muslim do not come from a history of such teaching, so they might feel differently, but when backed into a corner, they have to admit their belief.
I don't know how a muslim can be an American. But we still call the kkk members American and the nazi's. I have never understood that either.

How can you say those muslims don't represent all muslims? Those are direct quotes out of islamic holy books or is he mistaken? If that isn't what you represent as a muslim, you are not a muslim, because you are not following the quran's and bukhari's teachings. Some day people will realize how full of hate the religion of islam is, sadly it will most likely be to late. I do love how people say you are taking it out of context. What context could make those comments from the holy books clearer than they already are? It advocates killing no matter what context you look at it from.

It is a matter of political and cultural belief, not really one of Islam. Any real debate and discussion of Islam is limited by media perceptions about the average Muslim.
On a recent documentary on the CBC in Canada, they interviewed a militant Islamic leader from a leading Muslim-Canadian organization. He called Israeli soldiers terrorists and insisted that the bombing of hotels in Egypt saddened him but any terrorist attack against Jews, (Brazil, Argentina, etc.) was justifiable and didn't move him emotionally. He also got charged with hate crimes and defamation by leading Jewish civil rights groups for his comments. If this is the best that the Canadian press can do, it is not just this guy who is the problem. It is also the press.
Globalization has helped to encourage terrorism. The anti-Semitic, racist ideology of Iran is in response to American foreign policy, Soviet interference, the policies of the undemocratic government itself, funding from Arab neighbours such as Syria, government propaganda, etc.
Most of these societies are undemocratic and poor. The people are iliterate, rural and isolated. They do not question tribalism, military policy, teachers, militant community leaders or political authority. As victims of the Ottoman Empire, American imperialism, British and French interference and the warmongering, racist hate of their own leaders, this has happened. None of this is really about Israel and Palestine. They just vent their anger at 'the other', the 'non-Arab', etc. They do not care about Palestine, either, really. What is bad for Palestine is bad for Israel and vice versa. Hamass was funded by Hezbollah, out of Lebanon. Look at Lebanon and Syria and how they've been governed. It is not surprising.
I have no issue with Islam or Judaism. Religion is not the problem except for the Greater Israel belief of Hasidic Jews, but they are a small minority in Israel and it is brainwashing. The government encourages them with their housing policy and land theft leading to the construction of settlements in the Occupied Territories.

you acquire it incorrect. its no longer muslims, it rather is people from palestine that dislike jews. Palestine replaced into an MuslimArab/ChristainArab u . s .. while Jews got here to Palestine, they moved the Arabs away to particularly a small line strip of the rustic purely. Jews took over the usually used public of the rustic and renamed it Israel/replaced the flag to the jewish image. Til at present, Arabs(palestine) and jews nonetheless combat over the land. Palestine does not have something to guard themselves, when you consider that jews are nonetheless planing to take the full u . s .. so which you will no longer particularly say Muslims hate Jews. you are able to desire to destroy it down

5:51 says do not take the as auliya. The translation of this word is really protector. The prophet(pbuh), if I can remember correctly, had a Jew as a wife. He used to feed a blind Jewish beggar everyday until that man died because Jews neglected him. You really need to read more about Muhammad(pbuh) then you will understand the context of those things and you will see what kind of acts kindness he performed for Jew and Christians alike. Just because you copy and past a couple lines, all of a sudden you have seen the light. Just read more about him. Just because Moses(pbuh) brought the Children of Israel into that land doesn't not mean it is solely theirs, there were locals there before them, and God never sanctioned the unjust taking of land, perhaps the God of the Bible has, that's where you get your cowboy mentality.

Fancy Unicorn- Those muslims may not represent all muslims, but the Qur'an represents the true teaching of Islam. And it is rife with references and instructions to fight, oppress, or kill infidels, especially "people of the Book" (Jews and Christians).
There's really no getting around the fact that Islam is violent, hateful, racist, and intolerant of other religions. Christianity is called "intolerant" because it calls other religions false. But the word intolerant today is misused; failing to embrace something is not failing to tolerate it. Christianity allows other religions to exist, even while disagreeing. This is tolerance. Islam aims to destroy all other faiths. This is intolerance - they will not tolerate the existence of anyone who disagrees.

You are taking verses completely out of context! I have proof: There are 25,000 Jews living in Iran. Jews are even members of parliament there. There are many thousands of Jews living in Morrocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. Jews escaped Christian Europe to settle in Muslim ruled Spain. There was never a Holocaust in any Muslim country. For many centuries Jews lived peacefully in Jerusalem when it was ruled by Muslims.

true Islam is not misquoted Islam
The Infidels are the idol worshipers not the people of the book.
The majority of the people in Medina were Jewish and asked Muhammad (pbuh) to come to their city. Just before that Muhammad (pbuh) had went to Ethiopia to see if he could move the Muslims on Mekkah to there.
There is respect for all people of the book (Christians and Jews).
