Ok i]I think I might like my best friend. How in the world do i ask him out (if I decde to) or how do I drop hints that I want him to ask me out? I dont really want to ak him out because every tim its ended badly. Remember I am a modest girl and 13 so..... ya. Anyway, thanks 4 all your help! :D

you are too young to date. just stay friends ok. also you wouldn't want to lose a great friends if he is.

i don't want to sound like you dad. but it seems you're in a hurry to go on a date. why? you're only 13. well you can go out with him for like ice cream or burger. but as friends. but if you plan to go out with him as more than friends, i suggest not yet. hopefully you can wait for maybe 3 more years. for the meantime. focus all your attention and energy in studying and getting very good grades. that way your parents would be proud of you and definitely your future BF would be too.
