Are you referring to fetish you have with women's feet? Or, are you referring to the care of your own feet and your personal shoe collection?
If you are referring to women's feet...then that's absolutely ok...just as long as you don't do anything to a women's feet while their asleep or try to wear their stocking's on your own feet...or lick a woman's foot while her stockings are on her feet while she's asleep...that's just FREAKY....
If you're into the care of your own feet and have a great collection of shoes...that's great. I love men who wear high quality shoes and who take care of their feet. No one wants a guy with crusty, funky smelling feet OR torn, battered shoes.
