Anyone with round face thats had a pixie/really short hair cut? Was it good or bad?

I'm looking for a hair cut that really suits me. I've been told with my round face shape that i should either keep it in a pony tail or get it cut really short. Is there anyone who has had a pixie cut and has a round face. (i have a small forehead and nose- FYI)

Round faces can DEFINITELY rock a short cut, but the trick is to add height and/ or volume at the top to add the illusion of an elongated facial structure. You would want to stay away from cuts that are pretty much even all over.

i also have a round face and to tell you honestly if you would cut your hair way to short you might look puffy! keep your hair away from your face and have a layered, shaggy or assymetrical cuts to put a little style in your hair. you can play with mousse, serum, gum and waxes but be sure to put appropriate amount so you can achieve a very gorgeous look... it works for me : )

and I think if it is real short it would show you have a round face even more. I would keep some length and add some layers.

Ok, I know how you feel. I have an extremely round face. You should do it!!! It looked so good on me, I have platinum blond hair (naturally looks bleached)

If you have a round face, get a haircut that's longer than chin length. If it's really short, it'll make your face look rounder.
