yes she needs to go to the vet, but unless your vet is open on a su nday night, you can either go to an emergency clinic, or do what you can to stop the bleeding and keep her from scratching at them. use flour. take a glob and put it on the opened part. glob it on if you have to. don't worry about the mess, the blood, or anything else. put it between your fingers and "pinch" it on there. and keep her still. the more excited she is the more she will bleed. if you can't get it to stop go to the e- clinic.. if you get it to stop you need to keep her from scratching. do you know what an elizabethan collar is? it's a cone shaped sheet of plastic that goes around their head so they can't reach that area. if you don't have one, or can't get one you need to go to the vet. sorry, but ears bleed a lot. and you have to stop the bleeding.
don't feel bad. things like this ALWAYS happen when the vet is closed. see if an e clinic will sell you one tonight

Just take a piece of gauze and put pressure on the area bleeding. If she isn't bleeding profusely, then she can wait until the Vet opens next. She needs an elizabethan collar (the lamp shade looking thing). This will help keep her ears protected from scratching. There isn't much that can be done about the head shaking, ear cropping is painful and they don't know what else to do other than shake and scratch.

Call the emergency vet number. Dogs have an extensive blood supply in the ears and an open wound will bleed profusely. Don't try home rememdies, I'll come pinch your head off if you try kerosene or gasoline......then the cops will haul you off for animal cruelty. Call the emergency vet number. Meantime, press the ear's tips, have a wash cloth for grip and to catch the blood. It will be a long time for a clot to form..........while you wait to talk to the emergency vet. Maybe ice would help, but I doubt the pup will stand for that.

They probably told you to keep the dog in the e-collar right? This is why, to keep her from scratching her stitiches.

yes you do.. cropping ears is very painful to dogs. Chances are that the stitches are itching. If you take her to the vet they can bandage the ears so the dog cant get to them, upon request they can also give you some sedatives to calm her down at home (or you can try benadryl)... you dont want her messing with her ears because they must heal properly in order to stand

If the ear is bleeding a lot, you need to take her to an emergency vet. If not, try to cover it with gauze and tape and take her to your regular vet first thing in the morning.

If it is a small amount of blood, I wouldn't worry. Maybe have the vet check it tomorrow. If it is bleeding profusely, you should take her to the vet right away.
