Try getting involved w your local Chamber of Commerce. I've had excellent success marketing my business there. I've also made some really great friends & learned a lot of ways to grow profitably.

There are probaly dues involved w becoming a member, but at least attend a mixer or some other event & check it out. Good Luck!

It depends on the type of service and businesses which you plan on selling your service. You need to sell the benefits of using your service to potential customers. To do that you need to reach the decision maker. Your question is too vague to give a definitive answer.
